By accessing or using MD Meds services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. MD Meds provides administrative, educational, and technology services that facilitate access to independent licensed healthcare providers. Medical decisions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers exercising their independent professional judgment.
Use of the MD Meds platform does not guarantee eligibility for treatment, issuance of a prescription, approval of medication, or achievement of any specific medical outcome. Not all applicants will qualify for treatment. Eligibility determinations are based upon clinical criteria, medical history, provider judgment, medication availability, and applicable laws and regulations.
Patients agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of services, termination of care, or cancellation of orders without refund.
Patients are responsible for all fees associated with services provided. Fees may include consultation fees, subscription fees, laboratory fees, medication costs, shipping fees, and other charges disclosed at the time of purchase.
MD Meds does not warrant uninterrupted availability of its website, telehealth platform, pharmacies, shipping providers, laboratories, or third-party vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Meds disclaims all warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
